- When are Commissions & Restocks?
My restocks of finished cards are the last Friday of every month at 5 p.m. EST.
Commissions drop the first Friday of every month @ 5 p.m. EST
- Do we offer Refunds?
We believe our items are special and we want you to feel the same. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please issue a claim with us. You can do this by using the contact form here.
- How long is my item eligible for a refund?
- Are commissions refundable?
When you place an order for the commission you deposit is non refundable. So if you choose to request a refund the deposit will be kept.
If you choose to send in your own cards for the commission it will need to be sent with tracking. If your cards are lost in the mail and there is no tracking information I am NOT responsible for the loss of cards. So please make sure you send them with tracking.
- How do I start to refund process?
Contact us here. Once an assessment has been made that you qualify for a return / refund. We will issue a return shipping label. All items must be returned from original packaging. Once we receive the item, we will process it the same day. If all requirements are met, we will issue you a full refund. Refunds will not be issued until we receive the item back from you.
